Holly Thompson is a proud Houstonian and sixth generation Texan.  Her admiration for fashion began early in life, with fond memories of playing in her grandmother's dress up closet, which she curated carefully for her grandchildren by searching garage sales, vintage stores, and resale shops.

After graduating high school in The Woodlands, she studied fashion merchandising at Baylor University.  Returning to Houston, she held roles in buying and merchandising, sales and marketing, and management and worked for several Texas based designers, including Elaine Turner and David Peck of Miles David.

Most recently she joined the team at Hotel Ylem as General Manager.  Holly currently serves as Conservation chair and on the Patriot Project committee for the Lady Washington chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution, is a supporting sustainer for She Has Hope, and volunteers with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, as well as other organizations in and around Houston.  In her free time she enjoys eating her way around the Houston restaurant scene and spending time with family, Mike, and their three dogs.
