The undersigned food vendor applies for booth space at Houston Vintage 2017, agrees to pay the total booth fee in full by October 1, 2017.

Houston Vintage and the undersigned exhibitor agree to the following terms:

­ ​The exhibitor agrees to obey all regulations and laws of the city of Houston and state of Texas and fulfill all municipal, state and federal requirements in connection with sales and comply with Houston Department of Health requirements.

­ Houston Vintage, its agents, volunteers, officers or employees shall not be liable for property damage, property theft, or personal injury to exhibitor, its agents or employees, which may occur on or about any part of the 1940 Air Terminal Museum, regardless of how such injury, theft, or damage may have occurred.

­ Exhibitors must report all security risk and incidents to security and/or management as soon as possible.

BOOTH INFORMATION:

­ Each booth space is 10x10 or footprint of food truck.

­ A total of 2 wristbands will be given per booth space and must be worn by exhibitors and their helpers in order to access the market event and preview party.

­ Rental locations will be organized on a first come, first served basis.

­ Total booth fee is non­refundable and due by 10/1/2017.

­Booth fee is $50 (or providing the equivalent in meals for organizers/staff.)
EVENT SCHEDULE:
Friday 11/10/2017 ­ Preview Party & Fashion Show 
6­-7 pm Indoor vendors & food trucks set up
7­-11 pm Doors open to public

Saturday 11/11/2017 ­ Day Market & Festival
9-­10:30am Outdoor, hangar & food vendors set up
11am­- 6pm Doors open to public (Entertainment, (short intros, fashion show, drinks) Shopping, Ms. Houston Vintage pageant.)
11pm­ - 12am Tidy up area (booths can be left set up; 6­7pm Break down, clean up market will take place next day.)

Checks must be payable to: Houston Vintage. A signed copy of this agreement should be mailed or delivered by 10/1/2017 to: Houston Vintage, 1202 12th St, Galena Park, TX 77547.
